  What should I do if the vehicle is powered off or cannot be telegraphed for fault codes due to access to the BOX diagnostic box?

  1. First check whether the connection between the BOX diagnostic box and the OBD port of the vehicle is normal. 

  2. Then use video or diagnostic feedback to confirm whether there is any abnormality in the equipment hardware or software.
