  Lithium iron phosphate battery 3.2v-3.6v, ternary lithium battery 3.6v-4.2v.

  Generally, if the pressure difference of the battery power exceeds 300mv, the vehicle will have a fault and cannot be started.

  Through the vehicle rear photo/nameplate and battery pack nameplate, judge the vehicle model, battery pack capacity and voltage, and confirm whether it is supported.

  How to deal with a mobile phone number that cannot be registered with multiple accounts, and a Launch device account already exists, but cannot be registered for an SmartSafe account?

  For the time being, you can only switch the device to English through Device-Settings-Language-and then use the email to register or log in to the Launch account directly.

  Why there is no SOC, SOH and other values when reading battery pack data through jumper detection or special connector detection?

  1. Generally, vehicles use the battery pack BMS host to store or analyze calculation data. 2. In some vehicles, the battery pack BMS host is not on the battery pack, or this function is directly executed by the VCU, resulting in no SOC, SOH and other data in the read data.
